This one's about the unspoken rules nobody teaches you in school. I love this question because there's a massive gap between what people study vs. what actually makes you promotable out in nature.

But life is about balance.
That’s why I also make videos on how to hate your job. I don't think it'd be fair to put everyone in a box and assume they care about things like progress, the freedom to make decisions, or financial stability.
For those that do, I would consider playing the actual game.
